Noctivra Returns & Refunds: Our Quality Guarantee
At Noctivra, we want you to sleep soundly knowing your purchase is protected. Operated by Guangzhou Mizi Trading Co., Ltd., we stand behind the quality of our textiles. If your new bedding doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to make it right.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Hygiene Standards)
To comply with health and safety regulations for bedding, all returned items must meet the following criteria:

Unused & Unwashed: Items must be in the same condition that you received them.

Original Packaging: Items must be in their original Noctivra branding and packaging.

No Personal Wear: For pillows and quilts, the hygiene seal (if applicable) must be intact.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Getting started is easy:

Email Us: Send your order number and the reason for the return to service@noctivra.com.

Review: Our team will review your request within 24 business hours and provide the appropriate Return Address (Please do not send items back to the address on the shipping label without contacting us first).

Ship: Securely package the items and provide us with the tracking number.
4. Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: If we sent you the wrong size 4-piece set or the product has a manufacturing defect, Noctivra will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Personal Preference: If you decide you no longer want the item (e.g., changed your mind on the color), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We do not charge a restocking fee.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

Timeline: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find a snag in the sheets or a damaged zipper on a pillowcase, contact us at service@noctivra.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Cancellations
If you have a change of heart, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and shipped from our Guangzhou warehouse, we cannot cancel it, but you may initiate a return after it arrives.
