1. Delivery Timeframe Formula

To estimate when your order will arrive, please use the following calculation:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping (Transit) Time

  • Processing Time: Each order of our 4-piece sets, pillows, or quilts undergoes a rigorous quality inspection. This typically takes 5 business days.

  • Transit Time: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your door (excludes weekends and holidays).

4. Tracking Your Sanctuary

Once your order is handed over to our international carriers, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Noctivra operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

While we strive to provide a seamless delivery experience, your order may occasionally be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

  • Responsibility: These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Inquiry: As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for specific details before placing your order.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout. Guangzhou Mizi Trading Co., Ltd. is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
